All eligible concession card holders and children under the age of 16 will be bulk billed for standard consultation items.

All eligible accounts are processed to Medicare on the same day and rebates can be expected back within 24 hours.

If you have not been seen in the clinic face-to-face in the past 12 months, you will not be eligible for a Medicare Rebate for your telehealth consult. This is a Medicare rule that was introduced at the end of 2020.
